"This spot is excellent if you're looking for something close to Ochi. The beach is a 5 minute walk, but you will have to pay for food and drink, since you're unable to bring anything in. Average drink is 10-15 USD and food is 15 to 20 USD. The card for beach access is 50 USD. If staying in the cottage, be aware that the pool access is limited based on whether the guests in the main house are ok with you using it, since they have priority use. The bed and pillows were also so hard that it made sleep difficult. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and the Caretaker of the property, Chris, was very responsive and easy to work with."

"Jam Villa sleeps up to 34 people in air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms (7 located poolside and 7 in the main house, in various configurations of King/Queen/Full/Twin size beds). We enjoyed the large dining table (seated 26) and additional table nearby which seated 8, perfect for our large group of adults and children. Amenities included a swimming pool, covered recreational court (for pickleball/tennis), outdoor screened dining room for games/activities, guest kitchen with refrigerator and stove, Wi-Fi, and more. On-site services included chef/assistant chef, housekeeping, maintenance, and security at night. Laundry was available for US 25 per load to wash/dry/fold. Mammee Bay Beach was only a 10-minute walk away with opportunities for sand volleyball, swimming, etc. The Villa Supervisor and also Vrbo host were prompt to answer questions before our visit and also available to help us during our stay. We appreciated the efforts of the Chef and Housekeeping staff to accommodate our needs."
