"Room was nice, plenty of space for two adults two teens without getting a big suite.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. We did have trouble with our bracelets getting into room the first night but after that no issues.
Pool and beach seats do fill up fast, going out early to snag a seat seemed to be the norm, after first day we would go out early and then have breakfast at Panama or isla market right near pools. Also we sat in the sand one day as we didn’t see any chairs, within 5 minutes staff came over and got chairs for us! Honestly such friendly staff.
Love the coffee shop open 24 hrs, easy to get coffee, water, juice, pastries or sandwiches.
The beach is stunning! Even with red flags you can go in to your knees/waist and have fun in the waves. Water is beautiful and only saw seaweed one day. Tons of beach space and compared to some tropical beaches you don’t have to dodge a lot of vendors trying to sell stuff. I have seen reviews where you were pressured to sit in timeshare pitch but that never happened to us. Only word of advice for checkout is that if you charge anything to room you have to stand in a LONG line at other end of building ( not where you check in). If there are no charges you can do express checkout. So leave extra time or just pay by cc for any extras. Line moved faster than we thought though.
