"This place is a little slice of heaven. The staff, in general, are very pleasant always ready with a friendly greeting, a courteous gesture, or an act of kindness. From the moment we arrived at the reception (Preferred Club), Johan who welcomed us did so with professionalism and that signature Dominican warmth. He provided all the information we needed and granted us access to the facilities. Our room a suite was phenomenal; it featured a large bed and a sofa bed, and was incredibly spacious. The amenities, the room service everything was wonderful. The baristas and the reception team in the main lobby were also fantastic especially Belsis, the barista, who provided service that went well beyond "excellent." I am so grateful to have stayed there and to have been one of their guests. I would gladly return, and I highly recommend it. It is worth noting that we visited during a low-demand period; it’s possible that the level of service might shift slightly when there are more guests due to the increased workload on the staff. However, I believe that the core spirit they possess will remain the same we just need to be patient and empathetic. Thank you."
