"This trip was one for the books! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and offered mimosas! We were then escorted to the check in office and the friendly women provided a map of the resort along with some helpful information to connect to WIFI, meal tunes, etc. They informed us that we’d board a trolley to our building and our luggage delivered to our rooms - SHOUT OUT to Felix (and all the other trolly drivers!)
The resort is nice, rooms were nice and overall very clean - SHOUT OUT to our housekeeper Carmen a very humble, sweet women!
There was so much to see and do on the resort that you didn’t have the desire to venture out of it! The pools are HUGE so no bumping against people. The live entertainment and crowd hype was enjoyable - SHOUT OUT to Chippy, Monarca, Happy, Lebron and the others (can’t remember there names). The pool towel women, Isabel, was a doll, the pool bartenders were down to earth and didn’t skim on making very good cocktails - SHOUT OUT to Manuel & Benvenido (aka Smiley!). Let me NOT forget my favorite Bartender though who served up the best Mojito’s (and sang some tunes!) in the main lobby lounge - SHOUT OUT to Alexander aka Mr. Sexy Black!!
As for the buffet meals… the staff service phenomenal - SHOUT OUT to Alexandra, Mannaury, Yunrica & Roberto, Robinson & Daniel - food options were great and the food delicious! Mike Coffee House is a must too - SHOUT OUT to Christobal! Listen - just STOP! This is where you want to stay and ENJOY!!
