"This property was absolutely perfect for our week in Emeryville area. I know car break ins are really bad in the Oakland area but luckily our car was safe and they always had an officer in the area. The staff was so sweet and the room was so clean every day. Thank you Hyatt for making our stay so nice! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this site. The staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast was great and there was a verity to choose from. The only aspect that o would give a negative 10 is my experience with the call center. The assistants read of a script and couldn’t answer questions. Plus they spoke so fast that it was hrs to understand what they were saying over the phone. The manager I ask to speak "

"This is my favorite hotel. The staff, location, rooms with views, and hotel vibes = superb. Even the room service dinners. I had a massage at the spa for my birthday! Excellent! I had my dog stay with me. She enjoyed the treats at the front desk! I have stayed here at least 5 times! I always feel so welcome. Many gems here like their onsite restaurant Limewood with a view! They serve a great house coffee! It was hard for me to leave but I will return! "
