"Friendly staff, accommodating, and super cute place to stay if you just need a room to sleep in and plan on doing a lot of walking/dining out, in Viejo San Juan. Would love to stay here again in the future. "

"The Armas Hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, efficient place to stay right in the heart of Old San Juan. The room I had was definitely on the smaller side, so it’s not the kind of hotel where you’d lounge around for long stretches—but it was spotless and well kept.
What really stood out was the friendly staff and the unbeatable location. Being right in Old San Juan meant I could walk everywhere—restaurants, bars, nightlife, and sightseeing were all just steps away. I loved being able to go out, enjoy myself, and then safely walk right back to the hotel without any hassle.
If you’re coming to Puerto Rico to explore, eat, drink, and socialize, this hotel is perfect as a convenient and comfortable base."
"I don’t even know where to start! This property was absolutely stunning! The staff were so incredibly welcoming and friendly. There’s so many things that make this an amazing place to stay! From the breath taking views from the rooms and roof top. To the unlimited complimentary bar. I would most definitely come back here in the future! Highly recommend! "
"Me quede este año y el año pasado y me gusta mucho este hotel. El check in y el check out súper fácil y rápido. El area donde se encuentra el hotel es súper accesible porque te puedes ir a caminar en San Juan y encuentras de todo. Tiendas para hacer shopping, lugares para comer y por la noche hay muchos lugares para pasarla bien. Lo único que pueden mejorar es en área de la piscina deberían poner música para ambientar y una barra para que la gente no tenga que bajar a comprar lo que desee. Este año mejoraron con el housekeeping porque al año pasado fallaron mas de 3 veces y este año solo no me limpiaron 1 vez y rápido que llame me trajeron las toallas que necesitaba y luego fueron y me limpiaron el cuarto. Recomiendo Hotel Rumbao!!! "
