"I traveled with a group of 21 including myself. When we arrived we had to wait til 4 for check-in so we were able to take a look around. The rooms are nice but needing some updating and some furniture items need replacing. The sofabed in my room was stuck out all weekend which ruined me having my group being in my room to celebrate my bday where all my decorations where put up because they dont allow you to decorate inside of the hotel unless you book an event space. The staff was polite and the restaurants were a bit slow with service but the food was good. The free breatfast was tasty and a good start to the day.We loved the happy hour everyday which was a great meeting point before dinner. The biggest complaint anyone had was everyone didnt get the rooms that they booked. We all paid for a oceanview king suite and some of us was watching a rooftop or parking lot from their balconies! There was little to no compensation for the room errors. The beach is accessible through a gate off the pool area which consist of 3 pools and a hot tub. The beach was nice but very rocky going in the water. Overall it was a good stay but with some small improvements it could be a 4 or 5 star hotel!"

"We loved staying at this townhouse for a month!!! Perfect location as it was close to beautiful beaches, the community pool, and easy walking distance to little restaurants, bars, and coffee houses! We also walked to the grocery store and shops up by the entrance. We also met a lot of wonderful people there! Additionally, enough cannot be said about how helpful and wonderful the host Melba was. We will be back!!!!"

"Didnt have good directions to the unit,lacking room number and gate. Everything is locked up with gates and remotes. Multi unit development. Neighbors part til 10pm on weekends "

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. "The host was very accommodating and communicative. My issues were the pictures weren't as posted on web site. The place was very outdated, especially the bathrooms.The kitchen cabinets are very fragile every time you opened the cabinet door it felt like it was going fall off. Getting in and out of the complex was a major hassle if everyone wasn't leaving at the same time.Due to the fact that there is only 1 gate key that you need to get and out after walking down a block and 1/2 to lock box to get the key.If you don't take your car with you. You definitely need a car to access things near by.The only thing walk able is the beach I guess the pool. I will come to Dorado, but specifically, not this complex"

"Our host, Melba was fantastic! She was very welcoming and accommodating. The property was clean and had everything needed. This included beach chairs and beach towels! The pool was extremely close and even nicer than advertised. We felt safe in the area and had an amazing experience overall! "

"Great place to start the host was so helpful in anything we needed. The home was perfect for our family of seven with a small child. There is pickleball a pool and basket and tennis a few steps out the front door and a short walk 5-8 min to the beach or the embassy suites is close by and they have bowling go carts and small arcade.
