"Good Stay Overall, but Too Many Issues to Ignore The resort was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, but several issues affected our stay. The room needed upgrades—our phone didn’t work, the restroom felt outdated, the balcony lacked a proper table, and we had to request maid service. The beach also needed better upkeep, with rocks, bottle caps, cigarette butts, and seaweed scattered around. Breakfast was good, though the menu could use more variety. The evening wine‑down was nice, but the snacks—salty popcorn and stale nachos—definitely need improvement. The pool bar closing at 6 p.m. was inconvenient, and several amenities like the steak restaurant, bowling, and kart racer were closed during our visit. Parking was another frustration. I was told the fee would be waived, but it wasn’t, and the parking lot card barely worked. The resort has potential, but it needs better maintenance, clearer communication, and some key updates to deliver the experience it advertises. "

"The room was clean, a/c perfect and excellent view. The pool was great, but the water just a litter cold. The accessibility to cool places for activities was great (go-kars, bowling, casino and billiarroom) Restaurants also great. The comunication with the host was also great. Was a realy fun weekend!! ☺️"

"Our host, Melba was fantastic! She was very welcoming and accommodating. The property was clean and had everything needed. This included beach chairs and beach towels! The pool was extremely close and even nicer than advertised. We felt safe in the area and had an amazing experience overall! "

"Not Oceanfront, same issues as other reviews. Hot water absolutely burns you as it comes and goes. Many kitchenette utensils not provided 3 eating spoons. Shows BBQ grill on the page its there but no tanks owner said they dont advertise it and i can go buy one. One cup coffee maker very dirty. Knives in poor condition. I reach out with pictures to the owner. She wrote me that rather than picking on everything it will lose the meaning of the stay and she was proud of what she offers. I payed close to $2000 us dollars and expect to have all need in working condition and if it states beach front it should be !!!! Not near the beach. "
