"We had a great stay in this house w25/june 2023. Landlord Nina is excellent, she is explaining things in a clear way and fix things if anything is happening with the house/garden etc. Pool was perfect and was cleaned, every second day, so water was always fresh. The only thing to add as a minor disadvantage, was the mosquitos. But also that Nina tried to fix for us. All in all a perfect stay which we will remember for a long time!"

"Nice stay, nice location. Everything was ok, except that it was impossible to park the car beside the location (we always parked not closer than 700 to 800 m....). Carola is a nice guest, we would have appreciated sometimes more support when requested. Thanks"

"So much space! The kids had a blast in the play area, Super clean & stylish, Low-key perfect for fam trips, Easy access to Can Picafort for food and fun"

"The house is very well located close to the beach. The owner is friendly and easy in communication. A small issue with the washing machine was promptly fixed with help. The downside of the property, especially in fall, is the shaded garden because of the trees. The house was damp and even moldy in the upstairs bedroom. Besides the area is known for a lot of mosquito's with the nearby lake."

"The listing should say no air conditioning. Also, the kitchen is not well equipped - sparse serving facilities and the fridge is not cold. The facilities otherwise were perfectly good for a family getaway and we really enjoyed it."

"The great place we had such a fun time staying in this place! The owner and house manager were extremely communicative, and the house was well equipped with everything that we needed. There is a beach that’s a 15 minute walk away and the town is easy to taxi to and very cheap for the taxis. we could not have had a better place to stay for our vacation, and we highly recommend this place for others!"

"After a very stressful transfer (bus got stuck and crashed in narrow street) the property owner met us at our Villa. Very spacious and immaculately clean with a lovely private pool surrounded by lovely palm trees and flowers! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Villa. There are a few small restaurants nearby and local transport is difficult (Tib bus stop is only 5 minute walk away but larger places like Inca/Palma are a bus/train ride) "

"Great property in a lovely undeveloped area of Mallorca. Not touristy, quiet residential type area. Not too far from Arta and some beautiful coves if you are prepared to put the effort in to explore. Great base to explore Mallorca from. House was very clean and spacious. Host Ioannis very welcoming and helpful. "

"We had a nice stay in this house. The location, in a residential quarter but with quick access to a supermarket and to the beach is convenient."

"Vor allem der Außenbereich mit Pool, verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Grünanlage ist wirklich sehr schön. Ein Gefühl von einer Lodge in Südafrika kommt auf, wenn man den Sonnenuntergang betrachtet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Vermieter außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anfahrt entspricht einem Haus auf dem Lande über Schotterwege. Ich empfehle die Finca!"
