All the required facilities you need except maybe Wi Fi but you can connect to internet via data roaming as mobile reception is OK. "The great place we had such a fun time staying in this place! The owner and house manager were extremely communicative, and the house was well equipped with everything that we needed. There is a beach that’s a 15 minute walk away and the town is easy to taxi to and very cheap for the taxis. we could not have had a better place to stay for our vacation, and we highly recommend this place for others!"

"As the title says really. Cannot fault it. Alcudia is a thirty minute walk but there are bicycles at the property for a faster journey to get groceries. There is a swimming spot nearby, ten mins walk, but it is not a sandy beach, but it is very quiet. For a sandy beach you'd have to drive really or an hours walk."

"Lovely property - location excellent. Would advise a small car as roads and corners tricky to navigate with a large car! The number of steps will be a problem for people with leg or hip problems ( trust me ). We loved the property especially the garden which is a beautiful serene area and spent many a happy hour there. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Karin was an excellent host and came out of her way to find us when we got lost on route! We will definitely return....

However, some of the photos are misleading as dining chairs were different and very uncomfortable, there were no placemats or coasters at all for the table. "This is a beautiful villa, tastefully modernised and decorated in a truly stunning location surrounded by nature. It is very quiet and we enjoyed the different outdoor areas and large pool.
