Perfectly located house for a peaceful family beach holiday!
The house is located in a dead end street which makes it very quiet. The path to the beach goes through a beautiful pine forest and the shops for every day needs are five minutes walk away. There is a pool in the garden which provides additional entertainment for the kids. There is aircondition in every room which is very pleasant for the hot nights in August. The only thing we struggled with is the ants which are tiny and always find their way into the house somehow. Other than that we had a fantastic time and enjoyed this perfect location a lot!!! Thank you Joan, we will be back:)!

Joan ist ein guter Gastgeber,der unsere Wünsche größtenteils erfüllt hat.
Am Anfang waren wir enttäuscht, da das Haus an einigen Stellen in die Jahre gekommen ist.Die Lage zum Strand ist unschlagbar, aber es liegt im hinterem Teil des Hauses so im Schatten,dass wir nur am Anfang dort unsere Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben, da wir dort noch mehr von den Mücken attackiert wurden. Also macht es Sinn den Esstisch vorne aufzustellen. Da ist mehr Sonne und es ist nicht so feucht ,wie hinten am Wald. Als wir ankamen hat es wohl vorher geregnet und das ganze Haus fühlte sich feucht an. Jede Decke und selbst die Anziehsachen,die man abends trocken ausgezogen hat,fühlten sich am Morgen klammig an. Gott sei Dank gibt es im Haus einen Trockner und genug Klimaanlagen. Die Bäder sind halt auch in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad unten ist halt sehr klein und eng. Die Fugen schimmelig und die Armatur ist nur noch Schrott. Der Spülstein ist neu. Aber schwarz ist bei dem kalkhaltigen Wasser sehr ungünstig gewählt,da sie sofort weiße Flecken hat, die schwer zu putzen sind. Im oberen Bad ist die Dusche ein Alptraum . Der Strahl ist so wenig, dass man kaum den Schaum aus den Haaren bekommt, auch sind sehr viele Macken in den Fliesen und die Sillikonfugen müssten dringend erneuert. werden. Das gleiche gilt für die Türen , die oft über den Boden kratzen.Also es gibt noch vieles zu verbessern. In einer solchen Lage sind zum Beispiel Mückengitter ein Muss , meiner Meinung nach. Wir haben für den hohen Mietpreis mehr erwartet.

Strandnähe!
Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist perfekt für Familien vor allem mit Kleinkindern. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Was für uns wichtig war, jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage Vielen Dank an Joan. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles lief reibungslos.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist genial. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Es war super!
Vor allem die Lage des Hauses ist genial. Der Pool ist eher etwas zum Abkühlen für heiße Sommertage, aber da das Meer so nah ist, ist er eigentlich gar nicht nötig! Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hat und unterstützt, wenn nötig und die Kommunikation war sehr einfach. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Das sagt alles!

Très bon emplacement
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en août 2022. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants. La maison est pratique, 4 bonnes chambres, bel extérieur, dans un quartier calme et à deux pas d'une magnifique plage, moins fréquentés que la plupart des belles plages de Majorque. Petit bémol pour les moustiques le soir, mais l'emplacement était top!

Super séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, nous étions 2 familles. La maison est très proche de la plage où on y a accès par le petit chemin sous les pins en 5 mn à pieds. Magnifique plage ! La petite piscine est très agréable pour les enfants. La climatisation est présente dans toutes les pièces et est fortement appréciée surtout la nuit. Seul petit bémol nous n'avons pas pu utiliser les 2 salles de bains simultanément car pas assez de pression autrement. Je recommande cette maison !

Wir waren mit zwei Familien mit Kindern im Alter von 0-2 im Haus und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns gut. Die Lage ist Top. Man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Gegen Mücken sollte man Autan einpacken. Der Besitzer ist super nett und einfach zu erreichen.

Wir waren Anfang Juni 2018 für 14 Tage mit 4 Personen vor Ort und es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen! Die Lage ist perfekt, am Ende der Straße und direkt am "Wald" gelegen. Von hier aus ist man in unter 5 Min. zu Fuß am Strand und kann den wunderbaren Playa de Muro in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber man sieht, dass hier kontinuierlich renoviert und modernisiert wird. Durch 2 Terrassen (vorne und hinten) hat man eigentlich immer die Gelegenheit sich auch an besonders heißen Tagen im Schatten zu erholen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Den im hinteren Bereich aufgestellten Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, der Strand war uns einfach zu nah. Für Familien mit Kindern ist dies jedoch sicherlich eine willkommene Zusatzoption. Im Haus hat man eigentlich alles was man mit mehreren Personen benötigt. Von Waschmaschine über Kühl- und separatem Gefrierschrank über Wäschetrockner (im Sommer überflüssig) bis zur Spülmaschine (sollte mal erneuert werden!) ist alles vorhanden. Besonders die in fast jedem Raum vorhandenen Klimageräte sorgen für angenehme Kühle an besonders heißen Tagen. Im Wohnbereich kann man deutsches Fernsehen schauen, in der oberen Etage war dies mangels Receiver nicht möglich aber wer braucht das schon zwingend im Urlaub!? Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die wirklich brauchbare Internetverbindung im Haus, mit der sogar Streaming von Entertain-Inhalten möglich war. Wirklich top und ungewöhnlich gut! In der fußläufigen Umgebung hat man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ebenfalls in der Nähe zu finden sind diverse Restaurantes wobei man hier sagen muss, vieles hat einfach Fast-Food Niveau aber auch hier gibt es die ein oder andere positive Ausnahme. Einfach mal testen, die Geschmäcker sind ja bekanntlich verschieden. Erwähnt sei noch, dass man keinerlei eigene Handtücher o.ä. von zu Hause mitbringen muss, im Haus ist alles mehr als ausreichend vorhanden! Wir danken für tolle, erholsame Tage und wünschen allen zukünftigen Mietern ebenfalls eine gute Zeit.

Prima Ausstattung und gute Lage, leider im Winter etwas dunkel
Wir waren Anfang Januar zu fünft in diesem Haus (vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind). Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Auch der Garten und die Terrassen sind schön angelegt. Gerade für unseren Sohn mit 15 Monaten war das Grundstück gut geeignet, da es Platz zum Rumlaufen und Spielen gibt, aber er nicht auf die Straße laufen konnte. Zum Meer ist es wie beschrieben nur ein kleiner Spaziergang durch den Wald oder das ruhige Wohngebiet. Mit den Klimaanlagen kann man generell gut heizen, vor allem die Schlafräume. Im großen Wohn-/Essbereich war es dennoch meist recht kalt und dunkel, hier hat die eine Klimaanlage etwas zu kämpfen, um es warm zu kriegen. Im Winter gelangt die Sonne leider nicht wirklich auf das Grundstück. Zudem gab es ziemlich viele Mücken (vermutlich durch den nahe gelegenen Nationalpark, der im Grunde ein Sumpf ist), aber nur im Außenbereich. Wir hatten noch das Pech, dass direkt in der Nachbarschaft Straßenbauarbeiten stattfanden, sodass es tagsüber teilweise etwas laut war. Aber irgendwann muss das ja auch gemacht werden, da eignet sich der Winter natürlich besser. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und kann ihn jederzeit kontaktieren, sollte es ein Problem oder eine Frage geben.

Schönes Haus im ruhigem Viertel
Wir waren im Juni 2017 dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus gibt es alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Der Garten ist sehr groß. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und in allen Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Trotz schneller Anbindung zur Hauptstraße hört man kaum Straßenlärm. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und immer erreichbar.

Great place and great location
We were a party of 8, 6 adults, 1 teen and 1 child. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed including the bbq which we used a lot. The renovation gives the house an even more refined look and the small pool was a bonus. The property is close to the beach although we didn't go there much as there was a lot of seaweed during our stay and we wanted to discover the other gorgeous places. There are shops and supermarkets nearby as well as a lot of places to eat. Joan was very kind and easy to work with.
