From the beautiful property and elegant design to the incredible atmosphere and attention to detail, everything exceeded our expectations. "Aaah the mosquito Reserve…. Backs up to a bird sanctuary that grows mosquitos. Food wasn’t great…. Would encourage you to look elsewhere before you book. The view across the mosquito reserve was great over to the mountains… across the busy street is the water."

"Nice room, well located and very friendly staff!"

"A beautifully designed hotel in a fantastic location. The (included) breakfast has a good selection and breakfast on the balcony watching sunrise was very special. Staff were consistently helpful. The bike garage in adjacent building was a nice extra that made daily cycling so much easier"

"Exceptional hotel, centrally located with beautiful rooms & a very good associated restaurant manned by friendly & helpful staff."

"Lovely hotel, amazing breakfast and staff are always happy to help."

"Reception only open between 12noon and 8pm. No lift available after or before that. No hand rail on the stairs! Not disabled friendly. Our room was clean but shower door wouldn’t shut in my son’s room. Water everywhere! He also found 2 cockroaches in his room. Nowhere to put underwear etc away. Had to leave in the suitcase. There was a hanging rail for tops etc."
