"Wir hatten das Standardzimmer ohne Balkon. + freundliches Personal + sehr ruhige Lage, nah an Pollenca + gutes Frühstück + Klimaanlage + auf Wunsch immer frische Handtücher + problemloses Parken auf dem Grundstück + immer genügend heisses Wasser + das kleinste TV der Welt, aber prima, um mal Nachrichten zu schauen - sehr dunkles Zimmer unter der Dachschräge (voll mit Staubweben) mit kleinem zugewachsenem Fenster auf Fussbodenhöhe, praktisch kein Tageslicht - winzige steile Stiege zum Zimmer -...

"Die umgebaute Finca liegt außerhalb am Ortsrand von Caimari mit kleiner Zufahrt von der Straße in Richtung Lluc in ziemlich schönem Bergpanorama. Ehrlich gesagt haben wir uns die Unterkunft jedoch etwas anders vorgestellt. Die Zimmer sind alle von außen zugänglich und haben ein halb offenes Badezimmer ohne Tür. Der Besitzer/Vermieter bereitet morgens das Frühstück vor und gibt Tipps für Wochenmärkte etc., ist aber sonst kaum anwesend. Das Frühstück war in der Auswahl sehr überschaubar. Leider...

"Every single staff member were so polite, happy & friendly especially the staff at breakfast, our children loved them. The hotel was spotless, daily towel changes too. The pool area, along with the bar & games area were brilliant. We loved our morning pool family stretches with Francesco. The buffet breakfast was probably the best we've ever had. Great location too, 10 min walk to beach & 10 min walk to waterpark and a supermarket opposite. Would definitely recommend."

"friendly and welcoming staff, the swimming pools were fantastic, so was the evening entertainment. We were half-board and the food was exceptional. Loved the fact that the hotel made efforts to be eco-friendly e.g. you can ask cleaners to clean your room at a reduced frequency. This didn't dampen the quality of the hotel or it's service. Plenty of activities e.g. Aquagym and activities for children as well. I will plan to come back again!"
