"Lilly's Cottage is in a great location to explore western Crete both north and south coast. The sea and the mountains are very close by and there are lots of places to explore. Lily was very welcoming and provided us with homemade dishes which was really useful after a long day out exploring. Our 6 year old son really enjoyed spending hours exploring the garden and olive grove. Beware the rip tides on some of the beaches on the north coast. There are no signs so read the guide books. "We had a wonderful time at La Stella! The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very welcoming. Babis was the life and soul of the bar and Maria would give you any information about the local area you could ever need! "Fantastic holiday, wonderful cocktails, lovely sunsets, delicious food and everything was included in the all inclusive package (cocktails, fine dining restaurant, Asian restaurant, Italian, agreco farm dine out option which we unfortunately didn’t have time for, crepes and waffles, ice creams). Nice and quiet, calm, relaxing holiday. Staff very friendly and helpful too! Make sure to book restaurants on the app before you arrive (or WhatsApp the concierge was a unique perk) , and unfortunately we went out of peak season so no white parties etc but the bar was still lively and nice music every evening "
