"I want to let the manager aware of an employee that went above and beyond to assist me. I had just had surgery and I needed a wheele chair, the hotel didn’t have one. This wonderful kind lady named Norma I believe offered us her office chair and also assisted my daughter and I all the way into my room.Please let her know that I am truly appreciative for all her help. I wouldn’t have made it without her help!! Please take the time to award her and thank her on my behalf Maria Torres "

"The staff were nice. The room television and remote had issues and the property should have more available in house items for guest. There was coffee but no creamer, shampoo but no conditioner. I would suggest adding an ice machine as well as "
