"Croaches in the room, dirty bed sheets. Non smoking room but smell like a smoking room. Staffs are not profession. They treat you like treating prisoner or criminal. May be that how most of thier customer been there and continues stay there are used to it, they may have some background that cause the management treat new client as they been treating thier existing clients. If state controller be there this place will get many points to get penalties. "

"The property smelled like pea. The clear insisted it did not, it was so stifling it gagged me! Horribly dirty, disrepair. Staff didn’t care, didnt feel safe. Second extended stay was Ike this too. I will NEVER use this hotel. Try candlewood suites, they are clean, staff are amazing and helpful. Good provisions."
