"Area felt safe parking lot clean and illuminated well. 1st floor clean, 2nd floor is carpet had an odd smell they did have wet floor signs out on some areas The smell carried into our room I just brought in my car air refresher, our room was clean no issues. The breakfast area clean and well stock eggs, sausage, waffle, muffins, toast, peanut butter jelly, yogurt, hot cocoa, tea, juice, milk, cereal, and coffee. Over all a great stay, please be aware there's no pool I don't know how I missed it. Website has no pool listed it my fault for not noticing, they do have a gym on the 2nd floor I didn't have a chance to use it on this trip."

"I was checked into 3 different rooms that were wreaking of sewer issues. Bowel movements left in toilet of one room and bed wasn’t even made. Second room had trash on floor and hadn’t been dusted or cleaned. Asked for a final room and you can tell the sewage water ran over from bathroom onto carpet. I immediately demanded a refund and was given one with no issue. Staff was amazing though. Never again will I spend money there . "

"There was NO hot water for the entire stay. Family in town for my son's wedding AND we purchased the large suite for the Bride & Groom. They had no hot water as well. I spoke with managers at the facility and reached out prior to this post. The response was very poor! This is a nice hotel and the communication regarding the hot water issue was ridiculous. No compensation-no apology"

"The room was 80 degrees when we walked in after checkout. It did not cool below 75 until 9pm. The bathtub did not drain during showers. When calling down to notify your staff, your worker had severe negative tone and seemed very distracted rather than handling the problem. We were startled awake by a fire alarm. When exiting the room we were notified by other patrons that it was a false alarm. ONLY AFTER CALLING DOWN were we notified that no evacuation was needed. Neighboring rooms also stated similar displeasure with the property. Water leaks, and lack of cooling being repeated displeasures. The overall experience at your hotel was horrible. I will recommend to as many people as possible to not visit your establishment"
