"The staff was friendly and our room was very clean. Out of three elevators only one worked for 3 floors. The pool and hot tub were not heated and there is no shuttle to get you anywhere nearby. There is a restaurant on site, but food stops at 9 PM and the bar closes at 10. I think that’s the downside for travelers who get in late or just need to relax. Other than that it’s really close to the Garden Walk and other restaurants, maybe a 15-20 minute walk if you don’t have a car."

"First off, great service. Front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel smelled great and our rooms were quite nice and comfortable. The pool was also pretty okay. I did not go to the bar or breakfast so I can't necessarily comment on that. The only downsides were that plastic cups weren't replaced on a daily basis and the air conditioning for the second room was not maintained prior to my stay. The engineer that helped us opened up the ac filter, only to find that it was frozen over. However, customer service regarding that was very kind and understanding. I definitely enjoyed my stay there and would probably come back in the future."
