"The rooms were very dated and had an odor I did not care for. I rented a room specifically for a jacuzzi tub but it was dirty upon arrival with what looked like ashes in the tub. I contacted the front desk about it and requested cleaning supplies to clean it myself because there were no comparable rooms available to switch me to & there was nobody available to clean the room. They didn’t even have any cleaning supplies. I had to wait until the next day for my tub to be cleaned despite paying extra specifically for a room with a tub. Breakfast was sub par. Did not even use the pool or hot tub because the whole vibe of the hotel was kinda sleazy. Not what I was hoping for. I guess you get what you pay for - but honestly at a rate of nearly $300 for 2 nights I feel like I surely overpaid. That said, the woman who checked me in was wonderful and was the only bright spot in the entire stay. They should promote her. "

"The hotel needs a cleaning. The halls are dirty and aren't clean. The trash container in the laundry room is filthy. Hasn't been cleaned in months. The gray exterior is black. I brought the top to the front desk and they acknowledged that it was filthy. They thanked me for bringing it to their attention. They wiped it off and put it back in laundry room. Wiping off doesn't do it. Need to be power washed. The lane lines on the apron of the entrance are faded so bad that you can hardly read them. The garbage cans on the outside of the building are jammed so much that they can't take any more so it ends on the ground. The one near the smoking area was not emptied for several days. Parking lot and landscaped areas are covered with litter. The stairs are scuffed and haven't been washed in months. Hotel guests throw their used towels into the hallway and they sit their for hours. Why would anyone want to reserve a room in this property."

"The pictures are deceptive. Calling this a Resort & Spa feels laughable. It's an older hotel and feels a bit rundown. My A/C barely worked while others that stayed said their rooms were frigid. Staff was very nice. Best part of the hotel was the courtyard."

"i just stayed for one evening & i was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming & accommodating the staff was. shout out to jonathan who was great! he was friendly & very professional. the rooms were clean & very quiet. great spot for a quick visit or a lengthier stay. will def stay again!~"
