"Seems like we were the first renters as there was no welcome booklet with instructions or places to eat or places to go, no games and no wash clothes.About 20 to 30 minutes to nice beaches. If you like Cajun food tryout Cafe on the Bayou it's only about 5 minutes away. We also went Crabby Bill's which was really good.Property manager was very responsive; kitchen was big with nice appliances; the four bedrooms were comfortable with TVs; there was a foosball table. "Our host was promptly communicative. The interior is nicely done and very comfortable. We had plenty of towels and other bedding items. We found the property very comfortable and well-situated so that we could enjoy local shopping and dining, the Gulf of Mexico, and Tampa Bay. The pool got plenty of use.
