Opal Sands was a perfect stay for our family. The pool and lounge chairs overlook the Gulf. Dining amenities were excellent. A short walk to the public beach. And on top of that you can use all the amenities of the sister hotel Opal Sol

I’ve stayed here twice and cannot praise Opal Sands enough. It is the perfect location for any activity you are looking for, everything is walking distance. The resort is stunning and the staff is wonderful. The housekeeping department kept the rooms clean and beautiful. It is well worth the price tag!

We liked that this resort was right on the beach and had a nice pool. Lots of amenities like a “pantry” on each floor with bottled water and snacks for the guests and free ice cream by the pool daily at 2pm. It was also nice that we could also use the pool and eat at the restaurants at their sister property Sol located right next door. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were comfortable and clean.
