"This is a tricky one to score, so I'll elaborate here.
The property is lovely, more spacious than we expected and comfortably furnished. Combi boiler so hot water is plentiful. Great shower!
The location is absolutely perfect, centre of Pickering and on the A-road but not much street noise can be heard inside.
Cleanliness was generally good, although when checking we had everything on departure we found someone else's socks under the bed!
But...
Kitchen set up was rather sparse for a self...

"Right in the centre of town plenty of parking and a lovely breakfast "
"Our stay was lovely: the manageress, bar staff and waitresses were all welcoming. They provided information about the local area and showed interest when we returned after our days out.
We stayed three nights in a very comfortable room, with a good selection at breakfast. We ate in one evening which very tasty.
We would definitely stay here again."

"Bramwood cottages are beautiful and located in a fantastic central location, close to everything in the town which we loved. We did book the Tack Room cottage, but on arrival we had been moved to the Coach House without any explanation resulting in us trying to access the Tack Room with the entry code we were given when someone else was staying there, which was quite embarrassing. The cottage itself was beautiful, and had everything you could possibly need, but we found comfort to be lacking. The bed wasnt that comfortable and the seats in the living room extremely uncomfortable. Parking was tight, but on site. Would stay again if the comfort aspect was fixed."
