"Property is located in a beautiful setting on the lake. The garden and the view from the restaurant are incredible. We ate at the restaurant and some of the items were good but some were mediocre. Overall would love to stay there again, beautiful and relaxing place. "

"Great room, staff friendly, quiet, comfortable beds- A/C worked great. Was a great location for an Ironman race in Geneva- about 10 min away. I love that could pick a room from “map”. We had a disability room (hearing impaired) and it was huge. Perfect for all of our gear and allowed us to eat healthy in the room."

"Stayed here for a sister's getaway. The property was exactly as advertised, the lot was beautiful, and the kitchen was so well stocked. We loved having kayaks and bikes available to us. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We had no significant issues after check in that would have required communication, but our hosts were definitely responsive and accommodating as we were making plans. I would not hesitate to stay again. "
"This little cabin on the canal was the nicest we’ve stayed in the FLX. Everything was clean and fresh. Although small, they thought of everything you may need including extra towels and blankets, kitchen supplies, games, even makings for S’mores! The screened in porch was delightful both early morning and evening.Proximity to Geneva, Seneca park and wineries is great. Mike left a personal note for us with recommendations for eating and sightseeing. A very nice touch! Great place for weekend getaway. "
