"We enjoyed staying at this property. It was quiet, with a nice view from the back deck. The location was good. Easy drive to Waterloo or Seneca Falls. The house was clean and comfortable and had excellent kitchen essentials for making meals, but bring your own cooking spices and condiments. Beds were comfortable, and the A/C works well when needed. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to the area."

"The property is old and due for renovation. It was very clean. Staff were very personable and helpful. Offered breakfast. Had a small gym. It was close to wineries and within 30 miles of major waterfalls. Free parking. I would stay there again and look forward to the renovations."

"The Cottage was charming, immaculate and comfortable. The communication with our host was seamless and pleasant. Access to local activities was easy. Parking was easy and off the street. "What a wonderful retreat! The hosts are warm and wonderful. The beds are very comfortable and you really can't beat the hot tub and water slide. Live music on the weekends in the summer is a blast, and its fun to watch the boats go by in the river on their way to the lake. The boat is docked in a working marina, with a lot of boat traffic, so that's just something to keep in mind. But my family had a blast sliding off into the river and living the boat life :) Highly recommend and we can't wait to hopefully return!!"
