"Room was great "

"We just returned from our trip to Bali and already cannot wait to go back! We spent a few days in Ubud and then stayed in Nusa Dua at the Conrad Bali Resort and Spa. The Conrad hands down was one of the best place we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived the staff were so attentive and the resort was so beautiful. Our room was huge and clean! The Conrad team is what really makes this place incredible from the pool area, the restaurants, the lounge, to the front desk, and all throughout the resort! Special shout out to our Conrad Curator, Teresia, for making our stay even more memorable by helping us arrange for activities, restaurant reservations and airport transportion. She welcomed us with a lovely card and welcome gift and was in constant communication with us making sure we were well cared for. She was amazing! I also did the sunrise yoga class every morning while I was there and the instructor, Kadek, was just lovely! The views were breathtaking! We also attended the themed night dinner and watched the Fire Dance Show. Again, the staff were wonderful, remembering our names and what drinks we normally ordered. Shout out to our sweet and kind waiter, Putu! Special thanks to the lovely staff at RIN where we ate breakfast every morning and knew how we liked our coffees. Can’t forget the pool staff at the main pool and Azure who always made sure we had fresh pool towels, cold water, and cold, scented washcloths. If you go, try their BLT and truffle fries."

"We needed a place to unwind at the end of our hectic trip, and Grand Hyatt was just right. Reasonably priced 5-star resort, a bit dated but well maintained. Lovely quiet beach. Large and beautiful grounds."

"The only negative aspect that I care to mention is that the room I had on the 2nd floor was not as quiet as expected. I could hear my neighbor next door in the bathroom and my upstairs neighbor walking around. They weren't doing anything crazy so the room could use better spund isolation. "

"The property is well placed on a beautiful beach with excellent amenities for kids. The place is also accessible by taxi services. It has few options for dining but we found that the vegetarian options were limited. Our room had excellent sea view with a big balcony. Some light and door fittings need to be fixed but there were very minor. "

"Its a beautiful place nice beachfront location surrounding with other luxury hotels , we mentioned our anniversary was just few days before and they welcome us with a decorative towels/flower in the room and nice cake We really appreciate that . Couple of nice restaurants in the hotel very nice . They also have a waiting room lounge you can have shower before your late departure if needed. Definitely will come back to Westin again . "
