"We had a wonderful stay at Sandside Lakehouse! The back of the property with its deck and beach area is just beautiful. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. The only thing that we felt would improve the stay, would be an area to easily wipe the sand off of our feet. "

"My family and I had a lovely beach getaway at the Lakehouse! The easy access and closeness to the beach was especially appreciated with having a toddler among us. The beach views, waves and sunsets from the deck were priceless! The physical location of the property was another perk. We were minutes away from a fruit and vegetable market, ice-cream shop, grocery stores and recreational activities for our toddler (splash pad, playground and shaded tree park). Check-in went smoothly and as expected. When contacting the hosts, they were quick to respond and attentive to our needs. The kitchen facility was spacious and adequately equipped. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Communication from the host was prompt and helpful throughout, making the whole process smooth and easy. The cottage looked exactly like the photos - clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary cutlery, pots, and other basic essentials, which made cooking a breeze.The location is perfect- approximately a 5 minute walk to the Ferry terminal and close to the bike rentals and Heritage Centre. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the property - it was a highlight of our stay. We also truly appreciated the flexibility with the extended check-out time, which made our departure more relaxed. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would happily recommend!"

"We had a good overnight at CJs Lakehouse. The views of the lake are gorgeous and the house had everything you need for an overnight and more. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and we didn’t have any issues finding utensils or items of need as we cooked there. Thanks for the great stay. "

"This was the perfect place for two to relax and enjoy. The constant sound of water lapping (or in the case of day 3, more like crashing) in the background was blissful! The cabin is small and compact but so well thought out containing all the things we needed. Top notch on cleanliness. Not sure if it was the water effect, but didn’t even miss the air conditioning Colourful sunsets. Want to catch sunrise, and so many other beauties too? Head up to Boardwalk at Point Pelee Park! "
"What a lovely visit we had - beautiful sunsets, right by Point Pelee National Park, comfortable stay. My only regret was I wasn’t comfortable climbing down to private beach area. Wish it would have been regular staircase. We plan on booking in again for next year. "
