We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "We loved our stay at Villa Lata Lama Joglo and highly recommend it! It really has to be seen to be appreciated, as the photos don't do it justice. The joglo has been refurbished and outfitted beautifully but is still very livable. Lots of different spaces to hang out, fantastic pool that gets plenty of sun, and very kind & helpful staff (hello to Ketut and Seger!). "We enjoyed every moment of 6 day stay in this 2 bedroom villa. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Even when we arrived earlier than expected they gave us access to a smaller room to rest up until our room was ready . The room service menu options were delicious. The villa was beautiful!!!! I wish the jacuzzi got hot but i guess it wasn’t mean to be a jacuzzi lol So don’t be too surprised that it’s the same temperature as the pool. Many other reviews mentioned the bugs, lizards ,...

"We enjoyed our stay at Sentana Villa. The pool and the garden are great. The houses are lovely and have a lot of charme. Just the outside kitchen was a downside. It's not well equipped and the cooking was nearly impossible because everything is burning when using it. Therefore the pots and pans are not too good on the inside anymore. The street the villa is located is lovely and nearby is the Sayan Point (restaurant) we can highly recommend. "

"Our villa was as decribed and pictured. It is a beautiful place. The staff is very nice and responsive. The only cons there are just a few walkable options for dinner. The complex is extending and there is some construction going on but we could barely heard them. "

"Had the absolute best time at Ayung Resort! The staff were absolutely amazing and we loved getting to go to tea time in the afternoon and hang by the beautiful pool. We had a driver, Rena, pick us up from the airport and he was the best tour guide ever —sweetest man ever and we spent the entire next day with him having him show us around the island! Couldn’t recommend him enough!!"
