"Never again. It stated on our reservation, daily housekeeping. When we asked about new towels and cleaning our room, they were horrified. So the room never got cleaned and we had to use the same towels the whole time there. I might add, if you want a good night sleep then this place isn’t for you. The loud music next door every night is atrocious."

"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower. The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. "Had the absolute best time at Ayung Resort! The staff were absolutely amazing and we loved getting to go to tea time in the afternoon and hang by the beautiful pool. We had a driver, Rena, pick us up from the airport and he was the best tour guide ever —sweetest man ever and we spent the entire next day with him having him show us around the island! Couldn’t recommend him enough!!"
