The property is literally breathtaking. The views are spectacular, the staff was beyond helpful. They do not allow Grab pick up from the property, which was a little disheartening, but were very helpful to arrange taxi service from the property. It is tucked away, but not an unreasonable distance away from central Ubud. There are also cute shops, spas and restaurants within walking distance although I believe the hotel also arranges transportation to those places as well as a free shuttle that runs to central Ubud. There is also a complimentary tea service that I enjoyed on several occasions with offerings of tea, coffee, and light snacks. I enjoyed my stay immensely!

Great hotel in the Ubud jungle. Staff very very friendly. Bungalow set up was spacious. Only concern was a few mosquitos managed to squeeze into the rooms at night.

The Lokha was the perfect stay in Ubud! It’s walking distance into the centre but with plenty of little cafe and restaurant options close by. Staff were all so wonderful, the yoga and spa areas were gorgeous - all contributed to a really relaxing stay.

The staff were the stand out feature of this property. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the tiwel animals cute. The spa was incredible. The best massage we've experienced. The restaurant food was really tasty. Lovely pool area.

Our stay at The Lokha Ubud Resort & Spa was nothing short of magical. We stayed in a valley view room and waking up to the peaceful sounds of the river flowing below was incredibly serene. The setting is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by lush greenery and nature, it felt like a true escape. The staff were exceptional — warm, attentive, and always smiling. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious each morning, with plenty of options to enjoy. The complimentary shuttle service into central Ubud made exploring very easy, and we found ourselves visiting the Ubud markets frequently. Returning to the calm of the resort after busy market visits was the perfect balance. The spa experiences in Ubud were unforgettable, and The Lokha provided a peaceful and comfortable base for everything we wanted to do. An absolutely fantastic stay — we would return in a heartbeat.

The staff, setting, and services of this hotel were outstanding. The views all around the grounds and the infinity pool were amazing and so relaxing. The restaurant was beautiful as we soaked up the chill jungle vibes at the tasty breakfast buffet and extensive all day menu for dinner. They have a good shuttle to Ubud but we also enjoyed staying in our area above the hustle of town. The staff were so nice and helpful for anything we needed and the spa with flower bath was such a unique and romantic experience for me and my wife. I never write reviews, but we had such an amazing time at this magical resort!

Absolutely beautiful resort! The room was spotless and the pool area was stunning and extremely peaceful. The staff throughout the hotel could not have been more friendly and accommodating. It was the best service we had on the entire trip! Would definitely recommend!

The Resort location and spa were amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. One small thing that we don’t like is that the room is a bit old but they mentioned that they are renovating all rooms.
