Wer sich selbst bekochen will, muss allerdings alles, auch Salz und Pfeffer, vor Ort besorgen. Von allen Zimmern, Küche und Wohnbereich ein toller Blick auf das Meer. Die Autobahn ist zwar in Sichtweite, stört aber nicht wirklich. Die Lage ist zentral, 10 min bis zum Supermarkt und 20 min. bis in die Innenstadt von Funchal. Das Haus hat eine große Garage mit direktem Zugang...

"Das Objekt liegt sehr weit oben im Ort an einer Sackgasse. Zufahrt (letztes Stück) sehr steil. Unser Mietwagen ist mit 3 Personen und Gepäck kaum den Berg hochgekommen. Der Ausblick ist nicht wirklich super, weil ein Dach vom vorgelagerten Haus die Sicht teilweise versperrt. Der nächste (gute) Supermarkt war ca. 5 bis 6 km ganz unten im Tal am Strand entfernt. Ohne Mietwagen ist man da oben echt verloren. Die Größe war top. Die Ausstattung eher mäßig ... bis auf Kaffeeautomat. Waschmaschine und...

"If you’re looking for a modern feel Villa, with a stunning view of Funchal and the coast, and a very nice pool, you just fund it! We were 4 friends who travelled to Madeira for the first time to film and photograph the island and we couldn’t have found a more perfect place to stay. The drive up there is a little tricky, as the road is very steep and with sharp turns, but very worth it. Would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Uns hat die Zeit in Canhas sehr gefallen. Das Haus bietet viel Raum. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und fürsorglich. Man sollte nicht unterschätzen, dass es auf einer Höhe von ca. 400 m über dem Meer doch ein wenig kühler ist."

Pool is lovely, and when heated is great (you might have to insist that it’s on - we had agreed 26 but when we arrived found the controller, and it was on 19 so wasn’t warm for a few days). Also there seems to be an issue with ants but nothing drastic. "
