"Todo perfecto!. Vistas maravillosas, excelente servicio y la comida del restaurante es buenisima!"

"I have stayed a few times and it is a beautiful place. It combines the countryside colonial life style and architecture with the modern confort and technology. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast amazing. Convenient location to stay away from the city but yet not too far."

"The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and informative. We used the airport shuttle. The driver came quickly and was attentive to our needs. We also used their gym which we enjoyed."

"This is a really unique gem located in Puembro. The staff, both reception and service, were great. Had a really early shuttle to the airport, which they provide. I missed breakfast because of my early departure, but they kindly packed me a breakfast box to go. Beds were amazingly comfortable! Only issue was that it was NOT close to the airport. "Loved Hacienda! A beautiful stay only 15 mins from the airport but felt like you were surrounded by pure nature in a different world than the city of Quito. "Todo bien"

"We experienced an absolutely wonderful one night stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. The staff, amenities, restaurant and accommodation were all exceptional. Jonathan was great in organising transport from the airport and back and showing us around the accommodation. We loved the pool area. As a side note, although situated reasonably close to the airport it does take half an hour to drive. We would highly recommend this accommodation."

"No servía la puerta, nos cambiaron de cuarto, no servía el internet, se inundó el baño, cobro sin que supiéramos con anterioridad, muchos momentos que nos hicieron levantarnos, desayunar y salir. Solemos ir a hoteles en familia para descansar… este no fue el caso"
