"The hotel is uphill with beautiful views of the mountains. The sunset was incredible. Be aware the road is unsealed the last kilometre and you need to WhatsApp message the hotel in advance of arrive for them to open the entry gate. Staff were very friendly and accomodating even though our Spanish is terrible. This is a boutique hotel with only 5 rooms and we had the place to ourselves. "Rude front desk staff on arrival. Put me into a mobility room when I had booked a higher level room. When asked to change it was a long discussion but in the end I was given the room I paid for. Check out is 11am. Wouldn’t consider a later check out. When I took a shower at 8:30am there was no hot water. Don’t recommend. A disaster. Shame as location is great but very poor front desk staff. "
