"Wonderful experience as one would expect from an Oberoi flagship. These days, too many hotels of this calibre tend to cater primarily to a business clientele and disappoint in terms of quality of breakfast, gym facilities, and overall hospitality. It was reassuring to see Oberoi being an excepetion to this trend. "

"Excellent location, super friendly and helpful staff, clean. Only negative is they could make a bit more of the roof pool area during the day as it feels more like a night time dining venue rather than a place to relax with no loungers/towels etc."

"Room not in order- air conditioner non functional and dripping water. Bathroom Exhaust had very bad aroma - poopy smell. Towels very old with Stains! The General Manger was very understanding and made room Changes. However my Feedback: poor room quality inspection prior to allotment to the Customer. "

"The staff is excellent, the breakfast is great, the room could have a few more hooks or shelves in the closet to put clothing away. Other suggestion is to have an anti slip mat in the shower. Floor gets slippery when using shampoo and conditioner. If you have mobility issues, remember that you have to walk some stairs no matter what. Great neighborhood. Overall great hotel in the midrange."

"First of all this is a very basic hotel. Small rooms without ventilation, there dampness in walls due to which there is some different kind of smell. They provide water in room only at the day of checkin only. Breakfast options is very limited and they are old plastic plates in which marks are there."
