"The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive: Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean. Negative: They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...

"A Truly Memorable Stay at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of staying at the iconic Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai for just one day, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped in, the warm hospitality, timeless elegance, and world-class service made me feel truly special. The heritage of the place is evident in every detail — from the stunning architecture to the beautifully maintained interiors. My room was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and offered a magnificent view that added to the charm of the stay. The staff were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. I also had the chance to dine at one of their restaurants, and the food was absolutely delicious — a perfect blend of taste, quality, and presentation. "An Unforgettable Stay at The Oberoi Mumbai , A True Masterclass in Hospitality Our stay at The Oberoi Mumbai was an absolute delight, an experience marked by elegance, serenity, and truly exceptional service. Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel felt like an oasis of calm, a peaceful, refined escape amidst the vibrant buzz of Mumbai. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for by the outstanding team. A special thank you to Priya at the front desk, who checked us in so graciously and set the tone for a wonderful stay. She also took us to our room and checked us in there. Our room was decorated with flowers and balloons and the bed also had throws and cushions saying Happy Birthday. She then ordered us tea and coffee and that cake with the most delicious cake and cookies . Thank you for organising that for us and it was thoroughly enjoyed.
