The most memorable gesture was on my last day: they surprised me with a delicious cake and personally came to bid me farewell. This heartfelt gesture was incredibly touching and truly exemplified their dedication to making guests feel valued. It's a small detail that made a huge impact and showed just how much they care. And let's talk about the breakfast! It was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The spread was vast, offering an incredible variety of options to suit every palate. "Upon checkin they told us they forgot to block the room we had booked and that the room was already taken. They proceeded to drop us at another hotel which seemed awful compared with the one we had paid for. I asked for shampoo and conditioner which were inherently available at the original hotel I had booked and this idiot of a guy got cheap soap bars delivered to my and my dad’s rooms!!! The bedsheets weren’t changed at all during the 4 days I stayed there and the staff gave my dad a hard time about a dress I was wearing one of the evenings. I am a grown woman, I am allowed to wear whatever I want, wherever I want it. Not only are these guys liars and thugs, they are also just awful people. Highly ask other tourists to never book a room with this cheats. "
