"The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Service was great. Outside hotel on the street is dirty but found most of the NYC area around Times Square like that. We got vouchers for breakfast for several places but Carve deli was the best. Good food , quick service and always so busy. They could use a little bit more seating as we had to take our breakfasts back to hotel and eat in lobby. "

"Very nice bed and linens. 17th floor, so fairly quiet except early morning with trash trucks as normal for NY. No coffee maker, tea or mini-bar in room which was surprising. Top floor view was spectacular."
