"A solid choice if you want to live comfortably in Midtown. Room was good, updated, and relatively clean. Don’t expect too much if you choose a room with ”city view”. The staff was helpful, especially the bag personel. Breakfast was pretty average and not something I would pay extra for. Overall a good stay."

"I regret staying here. It’s so loud outside at night. I woke up 3-5 times per night because the walls block absolutely none of the noise. I had read some very bad things about bugs and a general lack of cleanliness in the rooms, but we didn't experience any of that. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot - what else do you need? It's NYC! And this is close to lots of cool stuff. There was a rotating cast of young people manning the front desk. The one there when we checked in was...

"staff was super friendly and room was great"
