"I was in the Chico/Paradise area on business, and this location was perfect, for it was not right in the heart of Chico, and yet very easy access to Paradise. The property is in a very quiet, safe area. Bed was very comfortable, shower was very nice and hot. Ashley was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to the few questions we had leading up to and after arrival.
