"Great location to hike Devil's Kitchen, and kayak in the surrounding reservoirs. Birds nests visible from the kitchen, and master bedroom. The birds were amazing to witness in their daily routines. The backyard was a beautiful scene of pines, mountain ridges, and a collection pond with great sounds of water flowing. (The front of the cottage faced a trailer and had road noise). "

"We spent three nights at this adorable and practical house. Everything we needed was provided, the furnishings were comfortable, and the location was perfect - just a few short blocks to the park and to town. I kinda don't want to let the secret out so that next time I'm looking for accommodations, you won't have snatched it up! "

"We had a very lovely two-day stay at Ashley's little bungalow - we would stay there again! We loved the colorful and unique decor and the proximity to downtown. Ashley was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to the few questions we had leading up to and after arrival. We read one review that said that the house took a while to warm up, so we asked Ashley to turn the heather on before our arrival, and the house was nice and toasty when we got there. "The little house is in a perfect location. We hit the walking trail first thing in the morning, which was lovely. The house itself has everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and we had a peaceful night's sleep. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. "

"Great house and location. Chico summers are hot and there was no AC or fans. Kitchen lacked good supplies to cook with, no cutting board. "

"The house is a converted church, so the layout is rather unusual, but it was very clean and functional and served our needs well for our stay in Chico."
