Welcome to our home! Our house is brand new with an updated kitchen, floors, and finishing!
We are still a work in progress but are so excited to provide this home for people, that we decided not to wait to allow you to stay with us.
Please note, this is a private driveway so no more than 2 vehicles are allowed. We do not permit any outside guests in the home due to fire code regulation

Hi! Welcome to our updated Pool home.
You will be in a Private Cul-de-sac that only contains 2 homes, hidden well away from traffic.
There are some great biking trails nearby that we highly recommend.

*5 minutes drive to Chico State Campus, Raley`s, Chico Sports Club, Safeway
*10 minutes drive to Downtown restaurants
The home is:
2 minute drive to Starbucks
2 minute drive to Nash`s (one of the best local brunch spots in town)
3 minute drive to Raleys
7 minute drive to Safeway
Pool: The pool is not heated. It’s cleaned weekly, chlorinated, and pH tested. You may notice some small black particles that cannot be removed — they’re harmless and don’t affect the cleanliness of the pool. Our pools are serviced every Monday and Friday after 4 PM.
Check-Out: Since there’s a cleaning fee included, we keep check-out stress-free. As long as the home isn’t left in poor condition, you can simply enjoy a last cup of coffee before heading out!
Gardens: We’re proud of our green spaces and have a dedicated gardener. He doesn’t follow a fixed schedule, but you may see him tending the grounds when needed. Thanks for your understanding and appreciation!
Pets: Pets are welcome! There’s a $48 fee per pet per stay. Please let us know if you’re bringing any furry friends.
Trash & Recycling: The city requires all waste to be sorted properly into garbage, recycling, and compost bins. Please help us avoid fines by placing items in the correct cans.
House Rules:
- All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of government ID prior to check-in.
- For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required as a deposit. This is automatically released after your stay, provided no damages occur.
- Early check-ins (before 4 PM) require host approval. A confirmed booking does not guarantee early access — please message us to check availability.
- For local guests: we’ll call to verify your reservation before check-in. We do not accept Google Voice or service phone numbers, and reserve the right to cancel if this is the case.
- For cancellations, refund amount will only be 96%, there will be a cancellation fee of 4% of the total reservation amount.
⚠️ Important Note for October Stays ⚠️
We want to be fully transparent: On October 2nd, we noticed a minor issue with cockroach sightings. We immediately implemented a professional treatment plan and was advised that the issue was minor. We guarantee the issue will be completely resolved no later than December 3rd.
Your stay`s price has been significantly discounted to reflect this temporary inconvenience.
While staying with us this month, we require guests to follow a few simple rules that have proven effective:
Do not leave any food out on kitchen counters or tables.
Take the kitchen trash out daily to the main bins outside.
As long as these steps are followed, there should be no further sightings. Thank you for your understanding!
