"It was a long walk to get to the room from the check in point we were basically staying at the horse shoe."

MGM Grand Hotel & Casino
10/10 Excellent
"Room was clean and the space was efficient for a couple nights. The studio king room didn’t have a fridge which would have been nice."
Bellagio
10/10 Excellent
"Adam at the front desk is an example of excellence. He was polite professional and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best. He is an example of Bellagio excellence"
ARIA Resort & Casino
8/10 Good
"Aria was a good deal—the room and bed were comfortable, housekeeping was meticulous, and restaurants (Gymkhana and the patisserie for breakfast) were terrific. But check-in was lengthy, unwelcoming, and not informative (we stood in line because we had questions about perks we were emailed about, but the employee just shrugged and said “I don’t know, scan the QR code”). At Gymkhana we waited for 20 minutes for our table while other couples who arrived later were seated before us, while the hostess claimed they had checked in earlier. (Umm, no. Two of them apologised for arriving early). The restaurant itself was wonderful, and the wait staff were great, but Aria could do more to train the front-of-house staff. Would I recommend it? Yes, on a value for money basis, but I’d also recommend minimising staff interaction."
Wynn Las Vegas
10/10 Excellent
"Always amazing"
Horseshoe Las Vegas
10/10 Excellent
