"The pool was unserviceable literally dug up no pool, but they did give us access to neighbouring hotels which was good. The electronic check in was bad. It took forever we sat for an hour waiting for a text. It was almost a disaster our two rooms with kids were not together. We still needed to go to the front desk and wait in line for an hour. The front counter did get us sorted but it wasn’t smooth and easy wasted 2 hours of our stay."

"I did not stay on the one night booking that the room was accidentally booked. I attempted to change my reservation to the two-night stay dates that I wanted. The hotel wouldn't give me a refund or allow me to change the reservation."
