"Excellent stay, total comfort, value for money"

"I was a little disappointed in my stay. The website advertises a spa and a roof top bar with great views, both are not open. The food choices were really unexpected for a 5* resort. We were on the all inclusive package and the choices were terrible. We had to buy lunch from the pool bar daily and go out for dinner every night. The website failed to mention that there were building works to the front of the building, they start at 6:30am and finish at midnight. A disappointing stay overall"

"I would much share this feedback but I must be honest: breakfast service was a complete disappointment. This was far below the level of service one would expect from a Hilton hotel, especially in one of the world’s most renowned destinations. Thank you so much for everything! We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay at your hotel apartment and...

"Loved the indoor pool, outdoor infinity pool, lazy river. Also liked its location next to the mall, nice breakfast. They sent little cake for my birthday"

"Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff were superb and couldn’t do enough for you. Pool staff were very strict in relation to children encroaching on adult area which was refreshing - they could have been more robust with the sunbed chair hoggers as lazy people just left their used towels on chairs when they left. Breakfast was fantastic and couldn’t fault it. Hotel is more geared towards family and we missed a more lively bar in the evening by a bit went next door to the Hilton where...
