Karim was the most wonderful host (coordinating all our transport, a camel ride, and anything else our hearts desired) and his team were all so accommodating. Our compliments to the chef! "After a rocky start hence the 4 out of 5 stars we had a wonderful stay. The staff here are amazing. Friendly, helpful and go above and beyond particularly Sofia. We had some issues trying to check in but as soon as brought to her attention she sorted everything out for us. The pool area is lovely, relaxing albeit the main area of pool is very cold. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The driver contacted by the hotel was fantastic and took a lot of worry out of travelling back and...
