The shuttle service was efficient, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was the perfect stop for a quick overnight stay before an early flight. "This is a beautiful property in the heart of Marrakech. It is very charming and the staff were extremely kind and helpful with everything we needed. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious. The property is 20 minutes or less walk from ever thing worth seeing in the Marrakech which made it very convenient to sightsee. The only negative is that the entrance is on a street that is not very accessible by vehicle. A taxi can make it to the front but it is not recommended. This was a minor annoyance as we had to set meeting locations with tour vans and taxis a few minutes from the hotel. Absolutely not a big issue for the many benefits of the staff and locations. "
