"We werden hartelijk ontvangen met een drankje. Kamer was schoon en uitzicht was adembenemend en er lag fruit en koekjes als welkom. Beide kamers zijn voorzien van een douche en airco. Patio buiten is heel privé met een klein ondiep zwembadje en bankje waar je in de avond kan genieten van de hemel en sterren. Hotel biedt ook earrangememt voor Quad rijden en kameelritten. Eerst was gratis en inbegrepen in de prijs, heel erg leuk. Je kan er ook dineren en ontbijt was super uitgebreid. Kortom...
"In February we stayed here in a Delux Room called Toubkal. A lovely large room with dual aspect views of mountains. We returned in September 2026 and booked another DELUXE room. This room was not at all DELUXE! It was half the size and very shabby looking. Tired decor, mouldy curtains on balcony, ripped tablecloth, cracked masonry, poor quality floor tiles all in desperate need of renovation. "It was uniquely terrible. Access was beyond terrible. No vehicular access and a long long steep uphill path of steps and rough concrete. Impossible for anybody with the slightest walking issues. The house is situated in a building site. The garden is a total mess. The pool is unkept. The free public parking is a plain fabrication. The room shower is rough concrete. L'équipe est très sympathique, et le petit-déjeuner + repas délicieux.
Seul regret : j'aurais aimé savoir avant de réserver que la salle de bain des chambres de la catégorie "classiques" est bien privée, mais nécessite de traverser le couloir. Je pense néanmoins qu'il s'agit d'un oubli de bonne foi en configurant l'annonce sur EXPEDIA. Le séjour est resté très agréable et confortable, merci à tous."
