"The staff is very helpful , location is perfect and also the ac works fine, bathroom Needs a lot of TLC, however water pressure is fine hot and cold water, bk is not international , is limited but I am not a bk person. Suggestion Always pay the hotel Transfer because they will help you with the bags, due to taxis are not allowed inside the Medina. If you book your own taxi you ll have to take your own bags into the riad and believe me, it will be a nightmare. Transfer for us was 15 euros, totally worth it. I would definitely stay again in this Riad. Room very clean and in general hotel is clean."

"The location was brilliant, so close to the medina. The hotel itself was very run down, broken locks on door, tiles loose in the bathroon, shower over a stained bath with no shower curtain. Tv in room didnt work, overhead light stopped working on night 2. Building work going on from 7am to 8pm at night. The staff were very helpful but I used their "left luggage" facility and it was literally left in the corridor by reception opposite the door onto the street. When I left I picked it up and walked off with it without anyone stopping me. Very poor. Breakfast was a few dry pastries each morning. Overall, overpriced for how basic it was."

"I travel all year for work and this is the worst hotel i have ever been too. Staff are rude and dont care! Rooms are dated and everything in room was broken including tv, balcony, door iron and safe. Told management but didnt really care Spoke to General Manager Muhammed and he was worse than his staff. Told me he would give me a discount when i go back to hotel as if i ever would. He was rude an arrogant. The changed our room 3 times in 3 days which took hours to do but he couldn't see a problem with that. Rudest General manager iv ever encountered. Pool area is nice with DJ playing but staff just dont care. Im in Marrakech every year and its amazing. Arab culture is so welcoming but this hotel is the opposite. Even every taxi we got in agreed that all they ever heard was problems with this hotel. No wander it has changed names 4 times in past 20 years. Btw is fully under construction but in there true sneaky way they dont tell you. Reception was full of people complaining and all you could hear around the pool area was people with issues with hotel. This was not unique to me. Reviews must be manufactured or fabricated. U must visit Marrakech it is amazing but if you stay at this hotel your trip will be ruined."

"My room was freezing cold. Unfortunately the radiator from 1920 didn’t work. The engineer made 4 trips with different tools at 11:00 at night but still couldn’t get it to work. I slept in my clothes. The shower was lovely but seriously flooded the bathroom with 3 inches of water. My chicken dinner at the Asian restaurant was undercooked which is a recipe for serious illness and rice was $15 extra. Not great value for your money. .the security was oppressive until I understood why and then it was much appreciated. The comped my drink but still "
