"Karima was the perfect host and we were treated so well each day. The kids loved every moment. It was perfect for our family and the location is great too. We had an early morning pick up back to the airport (2:45am!) and the night staff made sure we were packed and had a little treat to go so we wouldn't be struggling before shops opened. Every detail was so thoughtful by everyone there - thank you all!"

"Sehr freundliches Personal. Immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an Abdellah, der immer geholfen hat."

"موقع غير مناسب للعائلة ولا يوجد موقف للمركبة"

"The staff at the riad were super helpful, and we felt really comfortable hanging out in the living room area after long days of walking around!"

"The moment the door of the riad opened onto the alley, everything felt delightful. We were welcomed in the warmest way possible, with genuine kindness, traditional tea, and some biscuits. In fact, we loved the biscuits so much that we had to ask for more, probably some of the best I've ever tasted! The riad itself is beautiful, and the rooms are an absolute pleasure. From the shower and bathtub to the bed, everything was just perfect. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. But what...

"Amazing staff"

"Great place to stay in busy Marakesh."

"We loved everything about El Fenn! Marrakech is chaotic, crowded and touristy so to have a place where you walk thru the door and leave it all behind was a joy. Every corner offers a lovely place to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful calm of the place. The service was perfect…there when you need something, but left us alone when we didn’t. The rooms are not big but throw on your robe, grab a coffee or drink and find your own private nook. It was heavenly"

"The Palais Sebban was originally a palace. It’s beautiful, every where you looked was interesting, quirky, just fascinating. We loved it, the staff were great, the pools and outside areas were clean and welcoming. Lovely beds, very comfortable. I can’t praise it enough, I would recommend it wholeheartedly."

"Een rustpunt in het drukke centrum van Marrakech. Kamers en badkamers waren netjes, maar wel gehorig. Ontbijt verzorgd. Vrriendelijk personeel. Prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!"

"The Riad looks like it was a great place but something bad happened to it few months ago. First of all after arranging pickup from tha airport, noone was waiting for us. Riad's reaction when we finally arrived, was even more surprising questioning us, and telling us that they were expecting us to contact them. When showing the phone and many calls we tried to make to contact them, we were told thet number that is on their page and in the email signature is long time not in use. At the end had to...

"Property is here unique but you need a travel guide to help you find the property very difficult to find very dark at night to navigate and they tried your additional fees before you leave. They never tell you in the beginning when you book with Expedia it says you pay no more fees and then when you’re leaving, they tell you you owe them a certain amount."

"يعيبه وجود زحمة الكازينو فقط"
