The room was perfect for what we needed, somewhere to rest after busy days sightseeing. The room was clean and well maintained. The pool is freezing, but is a lovely place to relax. The breakfast had a great range of choices.

The general presentation of the hotel was good & our room was spacious, with the exception of the bathroom, which was relatively small. Areas were also dated & in need of maintenance, including the studio area of the gym, which looked shabby & abandoned, unlike the photograph! The location was good; breakfast was excellent. Some nights it was difficult to sleep due to the volume of music.

Great location. Family room came with two adjacent rooms. Perfect breakfast (great variety spread) was included. Helpful staff. All was up to satisfaction except weak A/C at the gym room, and no much response to deal with this issue. Still would recommend to others.

Perfect location! An easy 15 minute walk into the Medina but out of the hustle. In a beautiful and safe area. The hotel staff was very good overall. The patio for our unit was not very clean but other areas were excellent. The breakfast buffet was varied and all items were delicious.

Wonderful stay right outside the Medina. The staff were incredible with any requests or minor issues, they really made my stay very enjoyable and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. The spa service was amazing and an experience to remember. The breakfast was very good and the pool area is very nice.

Well positioned hotel with good standard

Well positioned hotel in a nice neighborhood with good access to good restaurants at the hotel and surroundings. Easy walk of 10-15 min to the square and city centre. Room clean and spacious and good variety for breakfast. Friendly staff.

Soukaina looked after us really well showed me the way to the mall and went over and beyond to help us she was super friendly and caring she made the experience great. The only downside to this hotel was that the sewage system was off I think there was a foul smell 14/7 and the hotel needs a bit of renovation tbf! But the location was deffo my fave might not be for everyone tho, depends on what kinda place u like to eat at for example.
