"After a rocky start hence the 4 out of 5 stars we had a wonderful stay. The staff here are amazing. Friendly, helpful and go above and beyond particularly Sofia. We had some issues trying to check in but as soon as brought to her attention she sorted everything out for us. The pool area is lovely, relaxing albeit the main area of pool is very cold. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The driver contacted by the hotel was fantastic and took a lot of worry out of travelling back and...

"Stayed in Villa 14 & it was amazing. The service daily, the chef and the property were all immaculate. It’s great even for American standards. My only precaution would be if you’re afraid of bugs and the occasional lizard have someone else with you. As a kid I always dealt with this in a rural town so it didn’t bother me but surely a city slicker may find it problematic. All of the staff were top notch."
