"We selected this property due to the excellent proximity to restaurants and shopping and the cathedral. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of this property. Alin was helpful getting us to our fourth floor room and acclimating us with the hotel. Our room was 50 steps up in the hotel does not have an elevator. FYI. There is a lot of noise outside of the hotel, if your room faces the street. We had daily bedding but no new towels or housekeeping the entire three days we were there....

"Good hotel with an impressive rooftop view and lovely room. Gym was not available when we arrived in the evening and in the morning at 8.00 I was told it is closed because guests are still sleeping. Super disappointed that I couldn’t use the gym and staff were not helpful in making any arrangements. Opening times are not available online nor on the gym door so I found myself twice in front of a locked door ready to workout."

"Getting to the hotel is a bit challenging because you’re told you’re not allowed to drive on Via Vittorio Emanuele. The hotel can do a better job of letting guests know that a driver can carefully drive on the Via carefully and slowly and if stopped by police to show the hotel confirmation email and you won’t be ticketed.
