"The front desk lady from Friday-Saturday evening was amazing. She was helpful, on the ball and very pleasant. The Saturday night-Sunday front desk woman left something to be desired. A lot actually. I asked for extra towels and she gave me the 3rd degree and was incredibly rude about it. The pool was almost always out of towels and the size was much smaller than I expected. The hot tub was very well sized and perfect temperature all weekend. The water in the hot tub almost always has some of weird brown stuff from the siding floating in it and you can tell the walls and such could use some updating. Our room was nice, loved the flooring, but the AC unit was leaking significantly and the TV barely worked. There was water damage on the bottom of the bathroom door from people hanging wet things, and there is an unpainted patch in the middle of the bathroom wall. The mini fridge and microwave worked, but the fan made a weird noise when running in the “living room” and the desk bulb didn’t work. We had hot water and good water pressure though, which is a huge plus."

"This is a gorgeous home that was built with love and raised a family. Mike is absolutely wonderful to work with. He was quick to reply to any questions and loved to talk to us about our life and his life. He came by a few times. We stayed Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday.The yard is very well manicured and taken care of. The inside needs a few updates. Overall, we were very pleased to be able to be as close to the Schaumburg convention center where our daughter was dancing for the WORLD‘s Irish dance competition. Our family enjoyed spending time in the house and in the city if I were to return, (we live 8 to 9 hours away.) I would definitely look Mike and his beautiful home up."
