"Nous y avons passé de merveilleuses vacances du 16 au 22 juillet. Nous sommes une famille avec trois enfants. L’hôtel est excellent et très bien entretenu. Au niveau de la propreté c’était exemplaire. Le service à la chambre était très excellent. La nourriture au buffet était succulente et très variée. Le personnel est très serviable et souriant. L’animation était correcte mais rendus à 21h avec trois enfants on était correct. On n’a pas essayé les restos parce qu’on était très satisfait avec le buffet. On n’a pas nagé à la plage à cause de la sargasse mais c’était mère nature et on etait préparés pour ça. Par contre on s’est déplacé à Cancun et Isla Murejes ou on a passé une journée et la plage était paradisiaque. Nous sommes très satisfaits et on y reviendra probablement. Aussi le resort est très bien entretenu et les animaux qui y étaient ajoutaient un charme à l’expérience vu qu’on était à chaque fois entrain de rechercher et repérer avec les enfants différentes espèces 😊 Merci Princess"

"We were absolutely amazed by this property and our experience here with a group of 14 family members (ages 1-66). Apart from the beautiful buildings and grounds, the selection of food and its quality was superb! I truly had no idea an all-inclusive resort could provide such outstanding service and meals. We stayed in the Family Selection Resort and with a dedicated butler, all of our needs and questions were easily met and answered. The photo session and pricing options for our family pictures was amazing! I cannot recommend this resort more highly - every single one of us want to return!"
