"We booked the apartment and it's very spacious. It has kitchen and utensils. Microwave and stove. Bathroom is spacious too. Bakery and restaurants below the building. Walkable to everywhere, very close the "bookstore" and the "McDonald". It got real noisy on Friday night because of the restaurants, till 2am. Wifi is not the best."

Staff was great about communicating on arrival details and even made dinner reservations for us before we checked in. "This property is absolutely brilliant, great to have access to a fully equipped kitchen! Lurdes is a great manager, the whole place is immaculate. What I would highlight to potential guests is that currently there isn't a Metro station within the local vicinity, you have a 20 min walk to Casa Musica. There are buses available from Palacio Cristal which is 5 mins walk away. There is a Metro line under construction and a station due to open very close by in the near future. Don't let this put...

I got a text message that morning with the details for the stay, not an email so I think this could be why others have had a problem, may rely on roaming. "The 2 different Receptionist were very amiable. The Cleaner, was also helpful in getting my TV to work. The Shower not so good, as the water did not go down until I’d finished & was out of the cubicle. I therefore had to shower in a tray full of soapy, used, water. Which isn’t very nice. I did report this. But obviously this was as I was leaving ( I was only there the 1night.) "

"Very centrally located in Porto. Located right next to the beautiful Crystal Palace Park. Room was comfortable and the free mini bar was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the free coffee. Only downside was that there was street noise. So if quiet is important, just be aware! "

"The location is very close to the light train station, just 10 minutes walk. All tourist attractions and restaurants are of walking distance, very convenient indeed. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is spacious, clean, and tidy. There is a coffee shop nearby (sorry, I have forgotten the name) which offers great coffee and nata."
