Location very good , 5 mins from Sao Bento train station with plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast ,very quiet too considering location . Check in made very easy and reception contacted us to confirm when we would be arriving . Could be awkward to find the rooms but on checking in we were shown photos and they added it to our google maps on phones which took us straight there . "Wonderful place to stay. Very easy check in, great at giving late check in instructions. Get the top floor room if possible for great city views at night. The restaurant on the first floor is awesome and you can get a glass of wine when you return at night to bring up to your room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Concierge on whatsapp was very useful and responded fast with requests. Good attention to guests."

"The location is great as it's less than a five minute walk to restaurants and shops. The room we had was okay it was very small. There was no room to put your suitcases, etc. The bathroom lighting was terrible as most hotels/other are. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was quite good. We enjoyed our stay in Porto. The staff was very accomodating to my plant-based breakfast request and made sure I had enough food. Our room safe battery died right before our check out and the staff resved the issue in a very professional and fast manner. The area is great too. Would stay here again. "
